Kasegaon is located in Solapur District at exactly at Solapur-Tuljapur Highway distance from Solapur city 16 km. kasegaon is village of farmers and there having population more than 10,000. and having voting  4500. there having 11 members Grampanchayat  kasegaon  since 1934. kasegaon also having Police Station Ountpost under the Taluka Police Station South Solapur.
